Counter-Notice

If your content was removed in response to a DMCA notice and you believe the removal was in error, you may submit a counter-notice. Log in and navigate to your removed video to submit a counter-notice, or contact us at dmca@crewvid.com.

Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g), a valid counter-notice must include: your name, address, phone number, a statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court where your address is located.

Repeat Infringers

CrewVid terminates the accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers, as required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(i).
