CrewOutpost peers: if you run the CrewOutpost client, we collect your public IP address, declared storage quota, uptime, and chunk-serving metrics for the purpose of operating the peer network.

- Backblaze B2 — cloud object storage for video files and thumbnails.
- Stripe — payment processing for subscriptions and creator payouts.
- Purelymail — transactional email delivery.
- CrewOutpost peers — encrypted video chunks (never plaintext) are distributed to peer nodes. Peers cannot decrypt content.
- Law enforcement — when required by valid legal process.
6. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and to protect against CSRF. We use optional analytics cookies to understand how the Platform is used. You can manage your cookie preferences via the banner shown on first visit.
7. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days, subject to legal retention obligations (e.g. transaction records kept 7 years). Policy acceptance records are retained for 7 years.
